Her role in EmpowHer has been particularly meaningful, providing her with a platform to inspire and be inspired, fostering genuine connection, and highlighting the powerful similarities women share across different walks of life. This experience has fueled her motivation to lead with empathy and purpose.<\/p>\n

Mary Grace\u2019s leadership path hasn\u2019t been without challenges. Working in a highly dynamic environment like the UAE<\/span>, where the drive to be number one is palpable, has taught her the value of healthy competition balanced with a human-first approach.
